Why This Matters
Marketing Campaigns help your team stay connected with leads without sending messages one by one.
This is especially useful for:
Following up with leads who have not booked yet
Re-engaging old or inactive leads
Sending seasonal promotions
Sharing updates or offers
Keeping your pipeline warm
Communicating with a specific group of leads at once
Instead of using disconnected tools or spreadsheets, your campaigns can now be created and tracked directly inside Easyly.
Key Capabilities
1. Send Email or SMS Campaigns
You can create either an Email campaign or an SMS campaign depending on the type of message you want to send.
Use Email for longer messages, promotions, templates, and detailed follow-ups.
Use SMS for short, direct, and time-sensitive communication.
2. Choose Your Target Audience
Campaigns are sent based on the selected board.
For example, you can send a campaign to leads in:
Follow-Up
Lost Leads
Any custom board your company uses
Easyly will show the number of recipients in the selected board before you continue.
⚠️ Important:
The campaign will be sent to all leads in the selected board, so make sure the correct audience is selected before launching.
3. Use a Template or Write From Scratch
For email campaigns, you can choose to:
Use an existing email template
Write a new email from scratch
You can also select the sending email account and review the subject line before moving forward.
4. Send Now or Schedule for Later
Before launching, choose when the campaign should go out:
Send now — launches the campaign immediately
Schedule — lets you select a specific date and time
Scheduling is helpful when you want your campaign to go out during business hours or at a time when your team is available to respond.
5. Review and Track Performance
Before sending, Easyly gives you a final review screen where you can confirm:
Campaign name
Campaign type
Audience
Email source
Subject
Delivery timing
After the campaign is sent, you can track performance, including:
Total recipients
Sent messages
Failed messages
Delivery rate
Opens
Bounces
Individual recipient status
This helps your team see who received the campaign, who opened it, and where follow-up may be needed.
How It Works
Go to Marketing Campaigns

Enter a campaign name
Select the target board

Best Practices
Use clear campaign names, such as Summer Promo, Follow-Up, or Lost Leads Re-Engagement.
Double-check the selected board before launching
Keep your message focused on one clear goal
Use one main call to action
Review links, subject lines, and templates before sending
Schedule campaigns when your team is available to respond
Review campaign performance after sending to identify follow-up opportunities
Pro Tip 💡
Use your boards strategically before launching campaigns.
For example, if you want to follow up only with leads who already had a 1st Touch, move them into a dedicated board like 1st Touch and send the campaign to that board.
This keeps your outreach more targeted, relevant, and easier to track.
