☎️ How to Use Auto-Dial in Easyly 🔄

Learn how to start an Auto-Dial session from any Leads board, configure your calling preferences, work through your call queue, and log each call outcome directly in Easyly.

Auto-Dial helps your team contact leads more efficiently by automatically working through the leads displayed on a selected board. Instead of dialing each phone number manually, Easyly prepares the calling queue and moves through it from top to bottom.

Auto-Dial is available to users who have an active seat on the Easyly Phone System.

Before starting an Auto-Dial session

Go to Boards and open the Leads board you want to call from.

Auto-Dial uses the board’s current view, including any filters you have applied. Before starting, review the board and apply filters when you only want to contact a specific group of leads.

(Leads without a phone number will be skipped automatically.)

Configure your session

Before dialing begins, review the following options:

Call from

Select the Easyly phone number you want to use for the session. This is the number your leads will see when receiving the call.

Wrap-up between calls

Choose how much time you want between calls. The wrap-up period gives you time to finish notes, review the lead, or prepare before Easyly moves to the next call.

Hang up after ringing

Choose how long Easyly should allow the phone to ring before ending the attempt when the lead does not answer.

Local-time calling warning

When enabled, Easyly will display a warning when you attempt to call outside 8:00 AM–9:00 PM in the lead’s local time.

The warning does not prevent the call, but it helps your team remain mindful of appropriate calling hours.

Voicemail drops

Use Voicemail drops to manage prerecorded messages that can be left during an Auto-Dial session.

When you reach a lead’s voicemail, you can select a prerecorded message instead of delivering the same message manually each time.

Do-Not-Call list

Open the Do-Not-Call list to review numbers that have been blocked from future calling.

When your settings are ready, click Start Dialing.

Begin working through the queue

After selecting Start Dialing, Easyly will open the Auto-Dial session screen.

Click Start Dialing again when you are ready to begin. Easyly will then work through the leads in the board’s current view from top to bottom.

Log the call outcome

After each call, select the appropriate outcome from the panel on the right:

  1. Voicemail

  2. No Answer

  3. Answered

  4. Bad Number

  5. Left Voicemail

  6. Wrong Number

  7. Other

Logging the correct outcome keeps the lead’s call history accurate and helps your team understand what happened during each contact attempt.

Once the outcome is selected, Easyly can continue to the next lead after the selected wrap-up period.

Leave a prerecorded voicemail

When a call reaches voicemail, click Drop VM to leave one of your prerecorded voicemail messages.ç

This allows you to move forward without waiting for the complete recording to finish.

Add a number to the Do-Not-Call list

When a lead asks not to receive additional calls, select Mark Do Not Call.

The number will be added to your organization’s Do-Not-Call list so your team can avoid calling it again.

End a call or session

Use End Call to stop the current call.

When you have finished working through the queue—or need to stop before completing it—click End Session in the upper-right corner.

📋 Recommended workflow

Apply the appropriate board filters before opening Auto-Dial, confirm the phone number you are calling from, and review your wrap-up and ringing settings before starting.

During the session, log an outcome after every call and add clear notes whenever follow-up is required.

This keeps the lead record updated and gives the rest of your team complete visibility into the conversation.
