Boards are the backbone of your operations inside Easyly. Think of them as your personal control panels for everything happening in your business. They allow you to view, organize, and take action on leads and jobs based on the exact criteria you want.
Create As Many Boards As You Need
You can create multiple boards, each tailored to a different part of your workflow. Whether it's a board for new leads, scheduled jobs, or even specific lead sources—you're in full control.
Boards Show You Only What You Want to See
Each board is fully customizable to display only the leads that matter to you. You can filter by:
Status (e.g., New Lead, Estimate Sent, Job Booked, etc.)
Lead Source (e.g., website, Angi, Moving.com)
Time Range (e.g., leads received in the last 7 days)
Date Type (e.g., lead received date, won date)
This targeted approach makes it much easier to stay focused and efficient.
Save Time with Bulk Actions
Boards aren't just for viewing—they help you take action fast. With a well-filtered board, you can:
Send bulk emails and texts to groups of leads
Apply updates or changes to multiple leads at once
This saves time and keeps communication consistent.
Advanced Filtering for Precision
For even more control, use the Advanced Filtering feature. This lets you include or exclude leads based on very specific conditions.
For example:
Show all leads with the status "Estimate Sent"
BUT hide those with a special tag like "Do Not Contact"
This level of detail allows you to refine your view so you're always working with the most relevant data.
