Easyly sends real-time in-app notifications to keep your team informed about key client activity and business events. These pop-up alerts appear in the bottom-right corner of your screen while you're working in the platform — helping you stay on top of leads, messages, signatures, and payments as they happen.

Below is an overview of the events that currently trigger notifications in Easyly:


📬 New Incoming Lead

A notification is sent when a new lead is submitted through your forms, integrations, or API.


💬 Incoming SMS Message

You’ll be notified when a new text message is received from a contact or lead.


✍️ Estimate Signed

Easyly sends a notification as soon as a client signs an estimate.


🖊️ Contract Signed

When a client signs a contract, you’ll get an alert so you can move forward quickly.


💳 Credit Card Authorized

You’ll receive a pop-up notification when a client successfully authorizes a credit card (e.g. via Examond).


💰 Payment Received

Get notified the moment a client completes a payment through Easyly.
