The dispatch section is your hub for managing job assignments, crew allocation, and scheduling. With our drag-and-drop interface and customizable features, you can ensure smooth operations from start to finish. Assigning Jobs to Trips

Once a job has been booked, it will appear in the dispatch queue, making it easy to allocate to your fleet:

1. Locate the Jobs: In the dispatch view, find the job you want to assign

2. Drag and Drop: Simply drag the job to the appropriate truck in the dispatch section.

3. Job Confirmed: Once dropped, the job will be assigned to the selected truck, and the status will be updated in real-time.

This allows you to quickly assign jobs to vehicles without having to toggle between multiple screens or tools.

Scheduling Pickups and Deliveries

Managing long-distance moves or complex projects is easier than ever with the ability to schedule both pickup and delivery events separately:

1. Create Multiple Events: For jobs that require separate pickup and delivery times, simply schedule each event individually.

2. Assign Dates: Assign different dates to each event based on your schedule.

3. Manage from Dispatch: Both events will be visible in the dispatch view, allowing you to monitor and adjust them as needed.

Use the separate event feature for long-distance moves or when pickups and deliveries occur on different days. This keeps everything organized and avoids confusion.


Assigning Crew to Jobs

Easily assign your crew members to jobs directly from the dispatch view:

1. Select the trip: After assigning a job to a trip, select the trip to start adding crew members.

2. Confirmed Assignment: The system will automatically update the status, marking the crew members as assigned.

This ensures you always know who is assigned to which job, reducing the chances of miscommunication.

- Multiple Job Events: If a job requires both pickup and delivery, use the event management feature to create two separate entries with individual schedules. This is especially useful for long-distance jobs.
