Step 1: Confirm the Phone Tool Is Added to Your Account
Go to Settings in your Easyly account.
Navigate to the Integrations / Tools section.
Look for Phone under Tools.
If it shows Added, your phone system is active and ready to use.

๐ Step 2: Locate the Phone Icon in the Header
Once the Phone tool is added:
Look at the top header of your Easyly account.
On the far right side, youโll see a phone icon.
This icon gives you quick access to the Easyly dialer from anywhere in the platform.

โ๏ธ Step 3: Open the Pop-Up Dialer
Click the phone icon in the top header.
A pop-up dialer will appear.
You can:
๐ Step 4: View Call & Text History
Below the green Call button, youโll notice a gray area.
๐ Click on this gray section to expand the activity view inside the same pop-up.
Once expanded, youโll be able to:
