πŸ“ž Easyly Phone System – How to Access & Use the Dialer

How to use the pop-up dialer to make, receive, and review your call and text history. πŸ”” Note: The Phone System is currently in Beta. Features and UI may continue to improve based on feedback

βœ… Step 1: Confirm the Phone Tool Is Added to Your Account

  1. Go to Settings in your Easyly account.

  2. Navigate to the Integrations / Tools section.

  3. Look for Phone under Tools.

  4. If it shows Added, your phone system is active and ready to use.
    ​


πŸ“ Step 2: Locate the Phone Icon in the Header

Once the Phone tool is added:

  • Look at the top header of your Easyly account.

  • On the far right side, you’ll see a phone icon.

This icon gives you quick access to the Easyly dialer from anywhere in the platform.

☎️ Step 3: Open the Pop-Up Dialer

  1. Click the phone icon in the top header.

  2. A pop-up dialer will appear.

  3. You can:

    • Manually enter a phone number

    • Use the keypad

    • Click Call (green button) to place an outbound call

πŸ“‚ Step 4: View Call & Text History

Below the green Call button, you’ll notice a gray area.

πŸ‘‰ Click on this gray section to expand the activity view inside the same pop-up.

Once expanded, you’ll be able to:

  • View outbound calls

  • See missed calls

  • Search call history

  • View sent text messages

  • Review previous SMS conversations

  • All phone activity stays within Easyly β€” no switching tools

  • Call and text history helps with follow-ups and accountability

  • This feature works best when combined with automations and lead workflows
